Cherlyn has over 25 years of experience in the human resources arena. Most recently she was a Consultant for PROXUS and provided staffing support for a French based medical device company new to the Philadelphia area. She brings to Emerson HR Group her true dedication to professional excellence and customer service.

Cherlyn’s human resources career has spanned the healthcare, pharmaceutical and information technology industries. Additionally, Cherlyn was a principal in her own company, Wedco Enterprises, which she owned with her husband and operated the executive search component.
Cherlyn received a Bachelors degree from Villanova University, and currently resides with her husband in Chesterbrook, PA. Cherlyn is a past member of the Philadelphia chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and a current member of the Women’s Golf Association of Philadelphia. Cherlyn is also a volunteer for the March of Dimes and American Cancer Society.
