Chief Executive Officer

After spending 18 years working in the mental health field in Alaska, Steve officially joined Emerson Personnel Group as VP of Business Development in 2000. We say officially because, like all the Emerson boys, Steve grew up around the staffing industry. Since joining the team, Steve has been instrumental in helping EPG take client relationships to new levels. “My philosophy for business is to treat clients the exact way I would want to be treated in terms of honesty, work ethic, respect, and excellence in all matters.” Effective October of 2007 Steve took over the reigns of EPG and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer.

Steve received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA and his Masters Degree in Community Psychology from University of Alaska, Fairbanks. In addition to Emerson Personnel Group, Steve is very active in the community. He coaches youth sports in Moorestown and is a member of both the Board of Directors for Robin’s Nest and the Executive Committee for the American Heart Association. In addition, Steve is involved in many charity and community-based efforts. The father of two sons, Luke 21 and Matthew 18, Steve currently resides in Moorestown with his wife Mary.
