1975 | Skip and Annette become one of the first franchisee’s to introduce temporary staffing to the Dunhill system. |
1976 – 1989 | Growth accelerates significantly and the once small family operation consistently leads the nation’s franchise system in revenue generated. |
1990 | A second generation of the Emerson family joins the business when Bill Emerson is hired as an Executive Recruiter. |
1992 | The best staffing specialist in the region, Denise Tocco, joins the team. |
1998 | Annette retires and Skip begins to transition away from the day to day operations. Bill steps in as President. |
2000 | The family presence in the business grows when Steve Emerson and his wife Mary Emerson join the business. Steve focuses his responsibilities on business development and Mary takes over as office manager. |
2001 | The Emerson family decides it is time to become independent from the franchise and Dunhill of Cherry Hill becomes Emerson Personnel Group. |
2008 | Emerson recruits industry sales veteran Flo Ryan to lead sales team. |
2001 – Present | Emerson Personnel Group establishes the new brand and continues to be recognized as one of the premier staffing and recruiting firms in the Greater Philadelphia region. |
